I design for humans, creating things that are at the intersection of good design and do-gooding. My role is to help people connect with each other and help them think about topics in different, deeper ways. Together, good design and do-gooding can improve our daily interactions with each other, making them better, kinder, and more meaningful.
Growing up in the foggy part of San Francisco helped me develop an active imagination; these days, designing gives me the opportunity to daydream with purpose. Most recently, I was the Senior Graphic Designer at the California Academy of Sciences, where I found it very rewarding to help educate others about the natural world and how we can care for it. Currently, I am Visual Designer at Atlassian where I try my best to keep my hair out of my face.
